Purpose of the Site

Gamer Reviews is a video game information site: it publishes syntheses generated automatically by statistical aggregation of public player reviews. It must not be used for other purposes (content hosting, promotion, solicitation…).

Fair use

You agree to access the Site through the interface provided. The following are prohibited: abusive or automated use of the interactive features (on-demand analyses, recommendations, search), circumventing quotas and protections, disrupting the service, and more broadly any illegal or malicious use. Technical limits (daily quotas, blocking) may be applied in case of abuse.

Automatically generated content

Scores, syntheses and recommendations are produced by statistical and AI processing of public reviews: they are provided for purely informational purposes, may contain errors, and constitute neither a guaranteed purchase recommendation nor the opinion of an editorial team. Verify important information (price, system requirements, availability) with official storefronts.

Intellectual property

The visuals, videos and trademarks of the games belong to their respective publishers and are shown for illustrative purposes. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. The Site is not affiliated with Valve or with the publishers of the games featured. Any takedown request will be handled promptly (contact below).

Availability and liability

The Site is provided "as is". We strive to fix malfunctions, but we cannot be held liable for a total or partial unavailability of the Site, an error in the generated content, or any resulting harm. The Site may suspend or discontinue all or part of its services without notice.

Content removal

We reserve the right to remove from the Site any content we deem contrary to the law or to these terms.
